So I can play the 2nd chapter the loading bar keeps filling up and the game actually doesn't start, it also says VPPPP above the loading bar as well I can't right click and hit play like I used to skip it.
This happens sometimes with microsoft edge or internet explorer. Try with google chrome and you should find no problem.
