Animations and poll news

 

Hi everyone!

We just posted some animations of the "curses" in the coming minigame Sex Maniac Mansion for influenced mage/nobles tiers and and opened a poll for more animations for influenced guards tier and above.

Beside the walking and idle animations, the minigame will end up having about 12 scene animations but also several, not determined yet, "curse manifesting" animations.

About Elana's development, last week we had some troubles with the android version, even trying to create the file to test it, but it seems it is solved now. The problems we had with the bugs seems also to be fixed and now we are testing it a little more and seeing which quality image respective to file size we'll use since it seems with low qualities it still is 1.5 GB or so.

Beta of 1.5 of chapter 3!

 Hi everyone!

The new beta for computer is ready! Next week Knot will be working on Android and browser and he'll not stop until it is ready (in android we have located the source of the problems and if we don't manage to fix it, since it doesn't come from a main part of the game, we'll just edit it for the version).

This version have all images it is meant to have and all bugs should be fixed but at least we'll still release another version to polish facial expressions, add sounds and perhaps adjust a little the small talk events of the academy and the wandering enemies. Of course, we'll still adjust all possible bugs that could appear.

Updates:

· Bug fixes, a lot of them. Everything reported should be fixed plus a lot of small and some times not visible things around the worlds. We have done a swept world by world optimising and fixing everything we've been able to find.

· Added around 50 images for the academy. Images for the gym, Kaeryn, Jenara, Nightfort class and Moonstruck class.

· Adjusted facial expressions of some worlds.

· Added a pop-up to allow the player to keep wandering around Jane's world without closing it, if wanted. Minigame poll winner: Sex Maniac Mansion

 

Hi, everyone!

Really? The most difficult one? Just kidding :D It is the one we would had chose ourselves because it can be really fun. It will still be a challenge for sure with our timing. Perhaps it takes a little more than the Horny Police, but this on will have about 2-3 hours of gameplay at least.

The game will be developed in a 3D environment mixed with 2D and it will be quite simple since the scenery is going to be quite big (we'll try to compensate including tasteful paintings like the ones in the last image and other decorative stuff) .

What you can see in the really blurred image is a censored version of the map of the mansion. It will be a 3 floors building with more 50 rooms (very handy if you have to hide) and we already have established all the elements it will have, the puzzles, objects, interactions...

While Knot is finishing the versions of the next beta of chapter 3, Root will be preparing the assets of the map (sprites for the walls, decorations, objects), so when Knot is done with his work he'll be able to jump directly to build the house. Then we'll fully prepare the parameters for the Lust Bringer, Mentorship game and we'll divide our time developing it with doing minigames.

Even so, this week there will be some concepts for Lust Bringer, perhaps some animation polls for Sex Maniac Mansion and at least the computer version of the next version of chapter 3 should be ready.
