ResponderBorraruse the quartz on the shadow in the hallway, after this Rala wakes up and you get give her the chili peppers, this gets you the wild man potion which you can use on mitiny

ResponderBorrarIt's stuck to the left wall beside Lubly's bed. It looks more like a conspicuous white stain than a rod btw, hope this helped
